Update to transfer policy in regard to Covid-19

Due to the uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we are extending our standard 12 months transfer policy to a lifetime policy and including the option of a full refund.

This includes if we are forced to cancel or postpone camps or if we cannot run the camp safely. It also includes if the camp goes ahead but you are unable to attend due to Covid-19.

100% transfer on all bookings

Your booking is 100% transferrable if you are unable to travel for any reason. This means if you have an injury or illness ahead of your planned training camp you can transfer 100% of all money paid to any other camp.

There is no booking or administration fee to pay, all money paid is transferred directly to the new camp.

As runners ourselves we want you to get the most out of your training camp with us, and if now is not the right time for you, then we would be delighted to have you join us at a later date instead.

Booking Terms and Conditions

To book your place please use our booking form or email us at info@runningtrips.co.uk. Full terms and conditions are available here and will be sent with your deposit invoice.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place with the remaining fee due 4 weeks prior to the camp. If you book less than 4 weeks prior to the camp the full fee will be payable at the time of booking. 

Your reservation is made once your booking information and deposit is received. The final payment is due no later than four weeks before your arrival date. If this payment is not received, then the booking may be treated as cancelled.

We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer. 

Cancellation fees after full payment are:
4 weeks before the departure date: -50%
3 weeks before the departure date: -75%
2 weeks before the departure date: -100%

Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy cover

In compliance with The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Services Limited (t&g), to protect customers’ prepayments in the unlikely event of our financial failure, and paid in respect of:

  • Non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK
  • The ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination offered on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy),
    • A refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled, or making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled.

Customers’ prepayments are protected by a topp policy.
